On an average I get 250 + mails per day. If I am on a PTO for a day or two the next day when I get back to work I will be literally drowned in the mails. Outlook offers ability to filter mails to arrange your mails based on your priority and people which is cool. Also there is another issue, you need to move your mails from the mail server to your local storage or else you will hassled with mails “Your mail box if full”. This adds on to the complexity. When you really need to search for a mail or an attachment quickly you will go crazy and more often than not you will not be able to trace the mail or the attachment. Murphy’s Law Q.E.D 
Recently I came across a plugin from a startup called Xobini. Its spelled as Zob-nee. I installed it on my Outlook and I was blown away with the speed with which it can pull out email, attachment, contacts, phone numbers for you. Literally with snap of fingers !
I was thinking what the heck does Xobni mean ? After pondering for few seconds I realized that they have got the name by writing “Inbox” in the reverse order i.e., “xobni”
