Apple CEO Steve Jobs reportedly underwent a liver transplant about 2 months ago to treat an undisclosed medical condition according to report published by Wall Street Journal.
Jobs had been on a medical leave starting January,2009 citing health issues. Jobs is also a survivor of pancreatic cancer. He is expected to return to office on a part time basis by the end of June. Steve Jobs has lost a lot of weight due to hormonal imbalance.
Apple COO Tim Cook has been looking after day to day operations of Apple in Steve’s absense. I wish Steve Jobs a speedy recovery and wish to see a lot of innovations coming from Apple under his leadership.
